La Colina Lodge - Monteverde Costa Rica

La Colina Lodge, formerly known as the Flor Mar, is nestled in the tranquil mountains of Monteverde, Costa Rica. La Colina Lodge is surrounded by the Cloud Forest and the Quaker community. From La Colina Lodge guests can enjoy many species of tropical birds such as toucans, emerald toucanets, blue-crowned motmots and quetzals. We are the number one bird watching area in Monteverde. You will also see other wildlife such as sloths, howler and white-faced monkeys. We are happy to help in arranging guided hikes to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve as well as other local tours.
