Lodge, formerly known as the Flor Mar, is nestled in the tranquil mountains of Costa Rica. Surrounded by Cloud Forest and the Quaker community our hotel is an ideal choice in accommodation being near such attractions as the Monteverde Reserve, Cheese Factory and Children’s Eternal Rain Forest, and away from the noise and bustle of the town.
From the lodge guests can enjoy many species of tropical birds and other wildlife such as toucans, emerald toucanets, blue-crowned motmots, sloths and squirrel monkeys. We are happy to help in arranging guided hikes to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve as well as other local tours. See the
